At Course 3 the 16-year-old members participate for five days and live together with like-minded young 4Hers from all over the country. The course takes place at Skovly, which is a Training Center and farm placed near Ribe in the southwestern part of Denmark.

What’s going on?

This course is a practical leadership course, which mainly takes place outdoors.
Co-operation, co-ordination, communication and leadership are combined with practical exercises.

The participants are going through small physical projects alone or in groups.
An evaluation takes place after each exercise.

The course finishes with a personal evaluation of each person’s ability as a leader. What am I good at? What should I think about doing better?

On each course 4H have two course leaders. The course leaders are 4H members with a lot of experience.
