Young Leaders Training Courses
Aims
In Danish 4H the aim of our training program for teenagers from the age of 14 is to develop their personal skills.
We want the education of our young people to provide them with democratic skills and to master communication and planning. Things which are important in their future life, both related to their working life and as volunteers in 4H clubs, regions and at national level.
Another aim is to give our young people a network of like-minded friends in 4H giving them a strong fellowship throughout the country.
We hope that these courses will make our young 4H members stay longer time as 4H members. Therefore we also invite them to take part in the IFYE Exchange Program, as well as we invite them to take part in activities, camps and courses in the Nordic, Baltic and other European countries.
The Danish name for the Young Leaders Training Courses is: "Juniorlederkurser".
Young Leaders Training Courses are offered at three levels
These courses are offered:
Age 14: Young Leaders Training Course 1
Age 15: Young Leaders Training Course 2
Age 16: Young Leaders Training Course 3
